Hamish Reid | Co-founder & General Manager Hamish has worked in the consumer goods marketing field since 1991. Hamish started his career on the Pepsi-Co Graduate Programme before moving on to NZ Dairy Group (latterly Fonterra) before joining Groupe Danone, moving with them to Paris in 1999. In 2005 Hamish and partners established Saatchi and Saatchi’s sport and music consulting business in London. In 2008, he co-founded Litefoot with Michael Campbell and returned to New Zealand to implement their vision.

Antonia Gerlach | Partnerships Manager After graduating with a BA (Hons) in International Relations and an MA in Peace and Security Studies, Antonia gained experience in the not-for-profit sector all around the world. After a long journey across many continents, she arrived in NZ. After failing to grow tall enough herself, Antonia coaches secondary school rowing in her spare time.

Maike Poggel | Planning Manager Maike graduated with an M.Sc. in Business Administration & Economics in 2015, dreaming of traveling around NZ after. She joined Litefoot in her first week here. Maike grew up in a home where sustainability is an important aspect of everyday life. She enjoys photography, tramping, tennis, and, of course, watching Germans dominate football! (Heja BVB)

Claire Keeling | Sustainability Adviser Claire graduated from the University of Auckland with a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Management. She is passionate about sustainability and developing innovative models to deal with future challenges . She also assists with Zero Waste Events for Generation Zero, a youth group working on solutions to urban issues and climate change.

Uday Pratap Singh | Sustainability Adviser Uday completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Management at the University of Auckland. He is passionate about renewable energy and sustainable living. Along with keen interest in basketball and cricket, Uday also enjoys music, travelling, tramping, and other outdoor adventures.

Jack Howe | Sustainability Adviser After graduating from the University of Northampton, Jack continued his passion for sport as a tennis coach in the UK, before moving to New Zealand. With the environment and its future a personal interest, combining sport with sustainability is a bonus. Jack enjoys tennis, cycling, golf and anything outdoors.

Shawn Elise Tierney | LiteClub Coordinator Shawn Elise grew up in the US and first came to recognise the opportunity for sustainable practises after working in special events. The shock of large-scale wasteful behaviour at multi-day festivals inspired her to put her energy toward initiatives aiming to decrease human impact on the environment. Shawn Elise teaches yoga & mindfulness and enjoys tramping, disc golf, and food trucks.

Tania Coelho | Project Manager Tania is from Brazil, where she graduated in Electrical Engineering and completed her Masters degree in Finance & Accounting. She worked in Business Consultancy and IT before discovering her passion for sustainability. Tania subsequently managed renewable energy projects using wind and solar technology. She enjoys volleyball, classical literature, music and art.
